Police Chief's DUI Case Goes to Jury
Tuscumbia, AL Police Chief, Tony Logan, was charged with DUI in 2009 after he crashed his patrol car into his own mailbox at his Florence home in 2009, according to reports from The Huntsville Times. The Chief of Police was convicted at Florence City Court and appealed his case to the Circuit Court. Due to the amount of publicity in the case, the case was transferred to an Etowah County Circuit Court.
